Return Policy

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return merchandise to Boyer + Purdy within thirty days (30 days) of the date of delivery. Boyer + Purdy offers complimentary return shipping(?) and all merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and must be in perfect, saleable condition with the original packaging included. Refunds are credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card, which includes shipping costs for any faulty product. 

Boyer + Purdy will not issue a refund for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions. Merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged will be denied. Boyer + Purdy does not accept returns of merchandise that was not purchased online.
